Service Level Agreement
At Nytro, we strive to maintain a 99.95% uptime guarantee for our game, VPS, Dedicated, and Discord Bot Servers. This ensures that our clients can rely on our services with minimal interruptions for maintenance purposes. Please note that our uptime agreement excludes any third-party issues related to Control Panel and Game Server FTP. In the event that we fall short of the agreed uptime, affected clients will receive a percentage of credit towards the following month.
Duration of Contract
Our contract and services are determined by the duration you have paid for, whether it’s monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. For example, if you purchase and pay for a monthly service on the 13th of February 2024, your service will expire on the 13th of March 2024, unless payment is made to renew the service. An invoice for the renewal will be sent 14 days before the expiration date, and failure to pay will result in service suspension. After 30 days of suspension, all files will be archived and may not be recoverable. Kindly be aware that breaching our Terms and Conditions may result in the termination of your contract or service with Nytro.
Methods of Payment
Payments to Nytro are made through PayPal and Stripe Gateways to ensure the security of your payment information. We do not store any payment credentials, such as bank details or credit card information. Our payment gateways allow you to pay using various methods including credit cards, bank cards, and other options provided by PayPal.
Billing Disputes / Chargeback's
Any disputes regarding charges must be reported directly to us within 30 days of the charge occurring. If a dispute or chargeback is raised, the billing account will be suspended until it is resolved, including all associated services.
Refunds
Nytro provides a 48 hour money back guarantee. This offer isn’t valid under the following circumstances and products
- Due to scheduled downtime or maintenance
- Due to malicious attacks against your server resulting in downtime
- Due to a suspended service for reasons stated in the terms of service
- Dedicated Servers
- Virtual Private Servers
- Alpha / Beta related crashing on game services
The Company utilizes the PayPal payment gateway, a third-party service for online payment transactions. All payments made through PayPal are subject to its own terms and conditions as well as privacy policy, both of which can be accessed through the PayPal checkout pages. Level of Support
Our dedicated support team shall make every effort to provide you with timely assistance to the best of their expertise and knowledge. Please note that all services, unless explicitly mentioned, are self-managed. We are not obligated to install or aid in the installation of (but not limited to):
- Plugins / Mods
- Configuration Files
- Models / Materials
- Maps
Nytro may terminate any service or account for instances of abusive or disrespectful behavior towards any member of staff.
Registration and account security
When you register with this site, you will receive a username and password for accessing your account. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of your failure to comply with this security obligation. You acknowledge that any individual using your username and password on this site is either you or an authorized representative.
